2011 E-book Challenge
Since I Heart My Kindle and I read most of my book club selections with it, I should be a shoo-in for the "Obsessed" category. Check out the guidelines and sign-up for the challenge here.
I've already picked out several books:
1. Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiquro
2. The Host by Stephanie Meyer
3. Beatrix Potter: A Life In Nature by Linda Lear
4. Bright of the Sky by Kaye Kenyon
5. A Dead Man's Tale by James D. Doss
6. The Paradise War by Stephen Lawhead
7. A Red Herring Without Mustard by Alan Bradley
8. Delirium by Lauren Oliver
Of course, any or all of these selections are subject to change depending on my mood, caffeine levels, or direction of the wind. Except for #1, which is a definite because it's a book club pick for January.

Thanks for joining! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good list! The Host was surprisingly good as I normally don't like sci fi, but then Meyer stays away from the technical part of it for which I'm grateful. Delirium won't be out for awhile, but you should be able to get a copy if you sign up for netGalley.
ReplyDeleteWell, that is ALOT of reading tehre, Holly! you must read fast! Let us know how it comes along.
ReplyDelete:) I should definitely do more reading over the break. Never Let Me Go? I'll keep it in mind. :)
ReplyDeleteNever Let Me Go is by the same guy that wrote Remains of the Day, which I love. I'm looking forward to reading it.
ReplyDeleteI also want to add another book to my list:
9. Monster Hunter Vedetta by Larry Correia
